This one day class will cover the end of pregnancy, common discomforts, nutrition, labor cues, relaxation techniques, labor stages and coping techniques, support persons roles, pain relief measures, epidurals, cesarean sections, postpartum care, infant care, breastfeeding, car seats and much more. Come with your questions, this will be a dynamic interactive session. A tour of the beautiful Family Birth Center will also be included.
